Adjust the consistency by adding more sugar or orange juice as needed to achieve your desired thickness. Drizzle the icing generously over the top of the cooled cake. (5 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter.
Ensure the coffee is cooled before adding it to the batter to prevent any unwanted cooking of the ingredients.
To prevent the cake from sticking to the pan, line the bottom with parchment paper before greasing.
