For a richer flavor, use smoked kielbasa. Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or zucchini. If you don't have farfalle pasta, any small pasta shape will work. For a heartier soup, add a can of drained and rinsed cannellini beans or other white beans. This soup is even better the next day after the flavors have had time to develop.
