Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the sheet of buns connected. Carefully remove the top half and set aside. Place the bottom half of the buns in the prepared baking dish. Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns, followed by the provolone cheese. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until the vegetables are softened and slightly caramelized. (8 minutes)

04

Step

Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese-covered roast beef. Place the top half of the slider buns over the vegetable mixture. (5 minutes)

05

Step

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, adobo seasoning, and Italian seasoning. Brush this flavorful butter mixture generously over the tops of the slider buns. Drizzle any remaining butter mixture over the sides of the sliders. (3 minutes)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, and the buns are golden brown. (15 minutes)

07

Step

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before separating the sliders with a serrated knife. Serve hot and enjoy! (2 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a thin spread of Dijon mustard or horseradish sauce to the bottom buns before adding the roast beef.
Feel free to customize the vegetables to your liking. Other great options include red bell peppers, sautéed spinach, or caramelized onions.
To prevent the buns from getting too brown, you can tent the baking dish with foil during the last few minutes of baking.
These sliders are best served immediately, but can be reheated in the oven or microwave if needed.
