Combine all ingredients: the sweetened condensed milk, coffee (or almond) liqueur, chilled heavy whipping cream, and eggs into a high-powered blender. (2 minutes)
Blend until Silky Smooth: Secure the lid tightly and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and homogenous. Be sure there are no lumps. (3-5 minutes)
