For a deeper flavor, marinate the chicken with the spice rub for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, in the refrigerator. If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can also bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through. The glaze can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
