Select the 'sweet dough' or 'gluten-free' cycle on your bread machine. Allow the machine to run for approximately 5 minutes, then delicately lift the lid and assess the dough's consistency. If the dough appears too wet, gradually incorporate additional rice flour, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms a smooth ball. Conversely, if the dough seems too dry, carefully add buttermilk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved. (Check time: 2 minutes)
