For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the quinoa mixture. If the mixture is too wet, add a bit more bread crumbs to help bind the patties. These burgers are also great baked! Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Feel free to experiment with other vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach.
