Feel free to experiment with other fruits like strawberries, peaches, or mangoes.
If you don't have Sauvignon Blanc, a Pinot Grigio or dry Riesling would also work well.
To make a non-alcoholic version, substitute the wine with sparkling white grape juice or club soda.
