For an even richer flavor, use dark rum instead of orange liqueur. If you don't have Grand Marnier, try using Cointreau or another orange-flavored liqueur. Feel free to add other dried fruits or nuts to the bread pudding for extra texture and flavor. To make ahead, assemble the bread pudding and refrigerate it overnight. Bake as directed the next day.
