For extra gooey rolls, increase the amount of butter and brown sugar in the caramel sauce. These rolls freeze beautifully! Allow them to cool completely, then wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil. To reheat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through. If you don't have a bread machine, you can use a stand mixer with a dough hook or knead the dough by hand until smooth and elastic.
