For an extra layer of flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight, in the refrigerator. If you don't have mustard greens, spinach or kale make a fine substitute. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes according to your spice preference. Serve over rice or quinoa to soak up the delicious sauce.
