For a more authentic Korean flavor, use Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) and/or Korean chili paste (gochujang). Adjust the amount of chile-garlic sauce and red pepper flakes to control the spice level. The sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. This sauce is also delicious with chicken wings, tofu, or even vegetables!
