Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Generously spray two 12-cup mini muffin pans with nonstick cooking spray. (2 minutes)

02

Step

On a lightly floured surface, gently unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the pastry into 24 even squares (approximately 2 1/2-inch). (5 minutes)

03

Step

Carefully press each dough square into the prepared mini muffin cups, ensuring they fit snugly. Prick the bottom of each pastry cup several times with a fork to prevent excessive puffing. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Cut the chilled Brie cheese into 24 equal cubes. Place one Brie cube into each pastry-lined muffin cup. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Drizzle approximately 1/2 teaspoon of honey over the Brie in each cup, being careful not to let it drip down the sides. Sprinkle the chopped, toasted walnuts evenly over the honey-glazed Brie. (3 minutes)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown, and the Brie is melted and bubbly, about 14 to 16 minutes. (15 minutes)

07

Step

Remove from the oven and let the Brie Bites cool in the muffin pans for 3 minutes before carefully transferring them to a serving platter. (3 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the honey before drizzling.
Toasting the walnuts beforehand enhances their nutty flavor and adds a delightful crunch.
These bites are best served warm, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature.
Use high-quality honey for the best flavor.
