For a richer flavor, try using Dutch-processed cocoa powder. If you don't have brown sugar, you can substitute with granulated sugar and a tablespoon of molasses. Store the cookie crumbs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the freezer for longer storage. These crumbs are delicious sprinkled on top of yogurt, parfaits, or even pancakes! For crispier crumbs, bake for the full 14 minutes and allow to cool completely before crumbling.
