Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, gluten-free baking powder, and garlic salt. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir well. Microwave for another minute, stirring again until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Quickly incorporate the dry ingredients and eggs into the melted cheese mixture. Knead the dough by hand until it forms a cohesive, slightly sticky ball. Continue kneading for about 2 minutes until the dough is completely uniform and smooth. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a log shape, then gently bring the ends together to form a bagel shape. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet. (7 minutes)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-14 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown. (14 minutes)

07

Step

Let the bagels cool slightly before enjoying. They are delicious warm or at room temperature.

For a crispier bagel, brush with egg wash before baking.
Experiment with different seasonings! Onion powder, everything bagel seasoning, or dried herbs would be fantastic additions.
Store leftover bagels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the toaster or microwave.
