For a milder guacamole, remove the seeds and membranes from the serrano peppers before mincing. Draining the diced tomatoes prevents a watery guacamole. If you don't have a cutting board large enough, use a mortar and pestle for grinding the vegetables. Use immediately or keep refrigerated for 3-5 days.
