Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large mug, combine the hot espresso, marshmallow cream, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. (1 minute)

02

Step

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent scalding. Heat until it just begins to simmer and small bubbles form around the edges. (3-5 minutes)

03

Step

Remove the milk from the heat and froth using a frothing wand, immersion blender, or whisk until light and airy. (1-2 minutes)

04

Step

Gently pour the frothed milk over the espresso mixture in the mug, holding back some of the foam with a spoon to allow for layering.

05

Step

Top the latte generously with freshly whipped cream and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Serve immediately and enjoy the campfire flavors in every sip!

For an extra smoky flavor, consider using smoked salt in place of regular salt when making the whipped cream.
If you don't have a frothing wand, a mason jar can work! Just put the warm milk in the jar, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds until frothy.
Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference. Some marshmallow creams are sweeter than others.

I tried it with almond milk, and it was still delicious! Great recipe for those of us who are dairy-free.

I made this for my friends on a chilly evening, and it was a huge hit! The graham cracker crumbs really make it special.

This latte is AMAZING! So much better than anything I've gotten at a coffee shop.
