For an even more authentic White Castle flavor, steam the sliders after baking. Place the assembled sliders on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Pour about 1/2 cup of water onto the baking sheet and bake for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are soft and steamy. If you can't find Düsseldorf mustard, you can substitute with regular yellow mustard or brown mustard. Feel free to experiment with different toppings. Grilled onions, ketchup, or even a slice of tomato would be delicious additions.
