Follow The Directions

01

Step

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, ensuring the bottom is lightly coated. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the hot oil. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Sprinkle the zucchini slices with red pepper flakes, garlic salt, and onion salt. Fry until the zucchini is slightly softened, flipping halfway through. (6-8 minutes)

03

Step

Evenly distribute Romano cheese over each zucchini slice, followed by a spoonful of tomato sauce. Cook until the Romano cheese begins to melt. (2-3 minutes)

04

Step

Top the tomato sauce layer generously with the shredded Mexican cheese blend. Cover the skillet and continue cooking until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. (5 minutes)

Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to suit your spice preference. For a milder flavor, omit the seeds.
If you don't have Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese can be substituted.
For a crispier crust, you can briefly broil the pizza after the cheese has melted, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
