For a thinner consistency, add water sparingly. For a thicker icing, add more confectioners' sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.

For optimal results, use fresh egg whites. Room temperature egg whites incorporate more easily into the sugar.
Adjust the water quantity to achieve the perfect consistency for your decorating needs.
Store leftover icing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Re-whip before using.
