Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your outdoor grill to low heat (275 to 325 degrees F or 135 to 163 degrees C). Ensure the grill grate is clean and lightly oiled. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with the Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Make sure each floret is evenly coated in the creamy, cheesy mixture. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Arrange the broccoli florets on the preheated grill, being careful not to overcrowd the grate. Grill, turning occasionally to prevent burning, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and lightly browned, approximately 8 to 10 minutes per side. Watch carefully for flare-ups and move the broccoli to a cooler part of the grill if needed. (16-20 minutes)

04

Step

Remove from the grill and serve immediately. Garnish with extra grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.

For a smoky flavor, add a handful of wood chips (such as hickory or applewood) to your grill's smoker box or a foil pouch.
Don't overcrowd the grill; work in batches if necessary to ensure even cooking.
Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese. Asiago or Romano would also be delicious.
If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can also use a grill pan on your stovetop or roast the broccoli in a 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

The grilled flavor really elevates the Caesar dressing. I'll definitely be making this again.
