Feel free to experiment with different dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and chocolate. Sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts, raisins, or white chocolate chips would all be delicious additions. For a vegan version, substitute the honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. If you prefer a sweeter bar, increase the amount of honey or maple syrup slightly. These bars can also be frozen for longer storage. Wrap them individually before freezing, and thaw at room temperature when ready to eat.
