Evenly spoon jasmine rice into the wonton bowls. Top with red curry mixture and serve immediately.
For extra flavor, try adding a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro before serving.
If you don't have a tortilla bowl maker, you can bake the wonton wrappers in muffin tins, pressing them into the cups to create a bowl shape.
Feel free to substitute other vegetables, such as broccoli florets, snap peas, or carrots.
Adjust the amount of red curry paste to suit your spice preference.
