Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch tube pan. (5 minutes)

02

Step
20 mins

In a plastic bag, mix white sugar and cinnamon. Cut pizza dough into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Shake 6 to 8 pieces of dough in the sugar-cinnamon mix. Arrange coated dough pieces in the bottom of the prepared pan, distributing evenly. Continue until all dough pieces are coated and placed in the pan. Arrange nuts and raisins in and among the dough pieces. (20 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar. Once melted, bring to a gentle boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. (5 minutes)

04

Step
30 mins

Pour the butter-sugar mixture evenly over the dough pieces in the pan. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. (30 minutes)

05

Step
35 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the bread is golden brown and cooked through, approximately 35 minutes. (35 minutes)

06

Step
10 mins

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate. Gently pull apart the pieces of bread to serve. (10 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
If you don't have a tube pan, a bundt pan will also work beautifully.
Ensure the butter-sugar mixture is poured evenly to avoid any dry patches in the finished bread.
Feel free to substitute pecans or almonds for the walnuts, or dried cranberries for the raisins, to customize the flavor profile.
