Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F/175°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

Create a Foil Bed: Fold a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil for the Grill in half, creating a rectangle approximately 8x11 inches. Place it in the center of the preheated grill.

03

Step

Assemble the S'mores: Arrange two graham cracker squares on the foil. Position the chocolate squares atop the graham crackers.

04

Step

Grill to Perfection: Close the grill lid and allow the chocolate to melt, typically about 3 to 5 minutes. Keep a close watch to prevent burning. The goal is gooey, melty chocolate!

05

Step

Assemble the Sandwiches: Using a spatula, carefully transfer the graham crackers with melted chocolate to a plate. Top each chocolate-covered cracker with a generous scoop of ice cream. Crown with the remaining graham cracker squares to form sandwiches. Alternatively, serve them open-faced for a less decadent indulgence.

06

Step

Serve Immediately: These are best enjoyed right away, while the chocolate is warm and the ice cream is delightfully cold.

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt or a dash of cinnamon to the melted chocolate.
Experiment with different ice cream flavors! Peanut butter cup, mint chocolate chip, or even strawberry would be fantastic.
If you don't have a grill, you can achieve similar results using a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C). Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning!
Consider using flavored graham crackers to further enhance the flavor profile.
