For sour milk, simply add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice to a cup of milk. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes before using. For an even richer chocolate flavor, add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the dough. Store cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
