Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Using a serrated knife, cut the bread diagonally in a diamond pattern, about 1-inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom crust. (10 minutes)

03

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Gently pull apart the bread at each cut and drizzle half of the butter mixture evenly over the insides of the cuts. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Stuff the sliced Brie and chopped cranberries into the cuts, distributing them as evenly as possible throughout the loaf. (10 minutes)

06

Step

Place the stuffed loaf on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the remaining butter mixture. (2 minutes)

07

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the Brie is melted and gooey and the bread is golden brown and toasty, 20 to 25 minutes. (25 minutes)

08

Step

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, allowing guests to pull apart sections of the bread.

For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of melted butter.
Experiment with different herbs such as sage or oregano.
Add chopped walnuts or pecans for extra crunch.
If you don't have fresh herbs, substitute with 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme.
For a sweeter bread, add a tablespoon of maple syrup to the butter mixture.
Serve with a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of sea salt for added flavor.
