For an even richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth. Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or shiitake mushrooms. Adjust the amount of ginger and salt to your taste. If you don't have access to Maui sweet onions, use yellow onions. Long rice noodles can stick together. Don't forget to rinse after boiling
