For an extra nutritional boost and a beautiful color, add a small piece of beetroot to the juicer. Adjust the amount of ginger to your preference. If you prefer a milder flavor, use a smaller piece. Experiment with different apple varieties to find your favorite flavor combination. Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala apples work particularly well. If you don't have a juicer, you can blend the ingredients with a small amount of water and then strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth.
