For a smokier flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Adjust the cayenne pepper to your preferred spice level. Start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more to taste. If you don't have fresh orange juice, bottled is fine, but fresh is best! Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
