For a richer flavor, try adding a teaspoon of rice vinegar to the sauce. If you don't have rockfish, cod, halibut, or another firm white fish works well as a substitute. Be careful not to overcook the fish, as it can become dry. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C). A squeeze of lime juice just before serving brightens the flavors even more.
