For a lighter version, substitute plain Greek yogurt for half of the sour cream. Fresh dill and parsley can be used in place of dried, simply use three times the amount. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for a brighter, tangier flavor. Serve with an assortment of fresh vegetables like carrots, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers, and broccoli florets.
