For a more intense truffle flavor, use truffle salt in addition to the truffle oil. Fresh parsley can be used in place of dried. Chop finely and use about 1/4 cup. For best results, use a high-quality Parmesan cheese that is finely grated. Feel free to experiment with other cheeses, such as Pecorino Romano or Asiago. If you don't have microwave popcorn, you can use air-popped popcorn instead. Just make sure to use enough popcorn to yield approximately the same volume as a standard microwave bag.
