Prepare the Dough: Fit your food processor with a steel blade. Combine bread flour, yeast, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, garlic, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and softened butter in the processor bowl. Pulse until the ingredients are blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together hot water, milk, and egg. With the processor running, slowly pour the liquid mixture through the feed tube until a ball of dough forms around the blade. Continue processing for 30 seconds to knead the dough. (Approximately 5 minutes)
