In a large bowl, gently combine the julienned jicama, orange chunks, red bell pepper, diced cucumber, sliced sweet yellow and orange peppers, thinly sliced radishes, minced Thai chile peppers, chopped cilantro, and diced jalapeño pepper. (5 minutes)

For a milder salad, remove the seeds from the jalapeño pepper and reduce the amount of Thai chiles.
If you don't have navel oranges, mandarin oranges or blood oranges also work well in this recipe.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness of the oranges and peppers.
This salad is best served chilled. It can be made a few hours in advance.
Consider adding a drizzle of agave or maple syrup for an extra touch of sweetness.
