For a sweeter vinaigrette, add a touch more sugar or a drizzle of honey. If you don't have avocado oil, a light olive oil or grapeseed oil can be substituted. The intensity of the garlic can be adjusted to your preference. Start with a small amount and add more to taste. This vinaigrette is best used fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Be sure to shake well before using.

Jan 3, 2025This vinaigrette is amazing! So much better than store-bought. I used it on a spinach salad with goat cheese and pecans – it was the perfect complement!
