For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of vegetable oil. If you don't have frozen raspberries, fresh raspberries can be used. Gently toss them in a tablespoon of flour to prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins. A streusel topping can be added for extra sweetness and crunch.
