In a large serving bowl, gently combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, diced mango, mixed greens, romaine lettuce, chopped red onion, and sliced green onions. Be careful not to mash the avocados. (5 minutes)

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, extra virgin olive oil, white sugar, ground red pepper, ground cumin, sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper until the sugar is dissolved and the dressing is well emulsified. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. (5 minutes)

Just before serving, pour the lime dressing over the salad. Gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly. Serve immediately to prevent the salad from becoming soggy. (2 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try grilling the mango slices before dicing.
If you like a bit more heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a finely minced jalapeño to the dressing.
This salad is best served fresh. If making ahead, store the salad and dressing separately and combine just before serving.
Consider adding grilled chicken or black beans for a heartier meal.
