For a richer maple flavor, consider using a Grade B maple syrup (now labeled as 'Dark Color Robust Taste').
Be careful not to overmix the batter, as this can result in tough cupcakes.
To prevent sticking, ensure your muffin tins are well-greased or lined with cupcake liners.
