For easier peeling, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to the water while boiling the eggs. This helps to separate the egg from the shell. If you prefer a smoother filling, you can use a food processor to blend the yolks and other ingredients. Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to your liking. A pinch of cayenne pepper can also be used for a similar effect. For a smoky flavor, try using smoked paprika as a garnish.
