Follow The Directions

01

Step

**Prepare the Blackberry Purée (10 minutes):** Gently place the blackberries into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until completely smooth, creating a vibrant purée. For a smoother final product, pour the blackberry purée through a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl to remove the seeds. Use a spatula to press the purée through, extracting all the flavorful juice.

02

Step

**Combine and Sweeten (5 minutes):** In the bowl with the strained blackberry juice, add the softened vanilla frozen yogurt and sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is evenly combined, creating a beautiful marbled effect.

03

Step

**Mold and Freeze (5 minutes prep + 4 hours freezing):** Carefully pour the blackberry-yogurt mixture into the ice pop molds, filling each one to the top. If desired, gently tap the molds on the counter to release any trapped air bubbles. Insert the ice pop sticks and place the molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

04

Step

**Unmold and Enjoy (2 minutes):** To easily remove the ice pops, briefly run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently wiggle the sticks and pull the ice pops out. Serve immediately and savor the refreshing taste of summer!

For a more intense blackberry flavor, consider reducing the amount of frozen yogurt slightly.
If you prefer a tangier flavor, substitute plain Greek yogurt for the vanilla frozen yogurt.
Experiment with different sweeteners! Honey or agave nectar can be used in place of sugar.
To create a layered effect, freeze a portion of the blackberry purée separately, then alternate layers of purée and yogurt mixture in the molds.
Make sure the ice pop molds are standing upright while freezing.
