Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander and allow to cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked broccoli to a 9-inch oven-proof skillet or baking dish with at least 2-inch sides.

03

Step

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, paprika, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined and slightly frothy. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Gently pour the egg mixture evenly over the broccoli in the skillet or baking dish. Ensure the broccoli is distributed evenly for a balanced frittata.

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are golden brown and the center is set, about 30-35 minutes. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

06

Step

Let the frittata cool slightly before slicing and serving. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs, such as parsley or chives, if desired. (10 minutes)

For a cheesy variation, sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar or Gruyere cheese over the frittata during the last 10 minutes of baking.
Feel free to add other vegetables, such as chopped onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms, to the frittata. Sauté them before adding to the pan with the broccoli.
If you don't have an oven-proof skillet, you can use a regular baking dish. Just be sure to grease it well to prevent sticking.
Leftover frittata can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
