For an extra smoky flavor, use a wood-smoked barbeque sauce. If you don't have time to freeze the tofu overnight, press it firmly between paper towels for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water. Experiment with different barbeque sauce flavors to customize the recipe to your liking.
