For a thinner consistency, add a tablespoon of water or lemon juice at a time until desired thickness is achieved. Fresh herbs can be used in place of dried. If using fresh parsley and dill, use 1 tablespoon of each, finely chopped. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. A pinch of sugar can balance the acidity if desired. This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
