It may be necessary to finish mixing by hand to achieve a smooth consistency. 4. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them 2 inches apart on cookie sheets that have been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 12-14 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown. 6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. (30 minutes)
