Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the Beef: Place the ground beef on a clean work surface. Divide the beef into 8 equal portions using a knife or pastry cutter. Line 8 muffin cups with paper liners. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Season and Shape: Sprinkle the bottoms of the paper liners with salt and pepper. Form each portion of beef into a rough ball and place it into a lined muffin cup. Season the tops of the beef with salt and pepper. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Flatten and Mold: Place a second paper liner on top of each beef ball. Gently press down to shape the mini burger into a round, flat patty. Remove the top paper liners and then carefully remove the burgers from the muffin cups, discarding the bottom paper liners. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Cook the Sliders: Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers in the hot skillet until they develop a browned crust and are slightly pink in the middle, about 3 minutes per side. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. (6 minutes)

05

Step

Rest: Remove the burgers from the skillet and place them on a plate to rest for 2 minutes. (2 minutes)

06

Step

Assemble: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish. Spread a dollop of the mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Place a burger on each bun, season with additional black pepper if desired, and top with a slice of Roma tomato. Close the buns and serve immediately. (5 minutes)

For even cooking, ensure your skillet is preheated thoroughly.
Don't overcrowd the skillet; cook the sliders in batches if necessary.
Feel free to experiment with different toppings like caramelized onions, cheese, or your favorite sauce.
For a gourmet touch, try using brioche slider buns.
Adjust cooking time based on your desired level of doneness.
