Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, white wine, chicken broth, olive oil, black pepper, basil, parsley, mustard powder, ginger, sugar, minced onion, sesame oil, lime juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add the turkey tenderloins, ensuring they are well-coated in the marinade. Squeeze out any excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for a more intense flavor. (30 minutes - 4 hours)

03

Step

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Remove the turkey from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Place the turkey tenderloins in a 2-quart glass baking dish. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the turkey is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), approximately 25 minutes. (25 minutes)

05

Step

While the turkey is baking, pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened. (15 minutes)

06

Step

Once the turkey is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced turkey with the warm herb sauce spooned over the top. Enjoy! (5 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider searing the turkey tenderloins in a hot skillet with a little olive oil before baking to create a beautiful crust.
If you don't have white wine on hand, you can substitute it with apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar for a similar tang.
The herb sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving.
