Follow The Directions
01
Step
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). (2 minutes)
02
Step
Shape a piece of aluminum foil (approximately 4x5 inches) into a small bowl. Ensure the base is flat for stability and the edges are gently curled inward to contain the egg. (2 minutes)
03
Step
Lightly spray the inside of the foil bowl with cooking spray to prevent sticking. (1 minute)
04
Step
Carefully place the foil bowl into the air fryer basket. (1 minute)
05
Step
Gently crack the egg into the center of the prepared foil bowl. (1 minute)
06
Step
Cook for 4 minutes for a runny yolk, or longer for a firmer yolk. (4 minutes)
07
Step
Carefully remove the foil bowl from the air fryer basket. Use tongs or a spatula to prevent burning. (1 minute)
08
Step
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy! (1 minute)
For easy cleanup, use heavy-duty foil.
Adjust cooking time based on your preferred yolk consistency. Add 1-2 minutes for a fully cooked yolk.
Experiment with adding a sprinkle of cheese or herbs before cooking for extra flavor.
For cooking multiple eggs, make sure they fit without touching each other.
