Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, diced red onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and hot English mustard. Avoid overmixing to prevent tough burgers. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Divide the mixture into equal portions (usually 4). Gently form patties, pressing a ball of ground beef with your hand and rounding the sides to your desired size. For even cooking, make a slight indentation in the center of each patty. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Place the patties in the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the burgers are firm and no longer pink in the center. Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a patty to ensure it reaches at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). (10 minutes)

05

Step

Remove the burgers from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving on your favorite buns with your desired toppings. (2 minutes)

For extra juicy burgers, try adding a tablespoon of ice-cold water to the meat mixture.
Experiment with different seasonings! Smoked paprika, garlic powder, or onion powder can add a unique flavor profile.
If you like a cheesy burger, add a slice of your favorite cheese during the last minute of cooking.
To prevent sticking, you can lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
