Follow The Directions

01

Step

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Add the red and yellow bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, diced zucchini, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Season with steak seasoning and onion powder. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Stir in the sliced turkey kielbasa and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sausage is heated through and slightly browned. (8 minutes)

05

Step

Just before serving, drizzle with balsamic vinegar to taste. (1 minute)

06

Step

Sprinkle generously with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving. (1 minute)

For a deeper flavor, try using smoked turkey kielbasa.
A splash of dry white wine added along with the vegetables can add another layer of complexity.
Adjust the amount of balsamic vinegar to your preference. A little goes a long way!
Serve over rice, pasta, or polenta for a complete meal, or enjoy as is.
